Real talk. Real questions. Expert answers.

We are delighted to announce that Season 2 of So Glad You Asked is coming this spring.

Together, Dr. Ruta Nonacs and Allie Hales will invite listeners to ask their toughest questions about mental health in motherhood, get real-time answers from top experts, and hear from other moms who have faced similar challenges.

This season, we are going to explore questions like:
– When does normal worry become postpartum anxiety?
– What are my options for treating depression during pregnancy and the postpartum period?
– How can I protect my mental health during infertility treatments?
– How do I support my partner’s mental health during these transitions that affect the whole family?
– How can I support someone after a miscarriage?

We’re focusing on the thoughts that feel scary, the emotions that can feel isolating, and the questions many people are afraid to ask out loud. From our combined perspectives as a clinician and as a mom of four, we’re continuing to create space for honest, compassionate, and clinically grounded conversations about motherhood and mental health.

We want to hear from you to focus on the questions that matter most to you. Send us your questions by emailing podcast@womensmentalhealth.org, or leave us a voicemail at 617-643-9232. Your voice may be featured on the podcast.

At its core, season 2 is about providing clarity, compassion, and reliable information, so you don’t have to navigate this chapter alone. We’re so glad you asked!
